With a strong academic foundation in business administration and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management completed between 1999 and 2005, she developed a disciplined and people-centred approach that has shaped her leadership journey across multinational organisations.
Throughout her corporate career as Head of HR, Cindy was deeply involved in safeguarding employee benefits, driving talent development, and fostering workplace well-being. Operating across complex regional environments, she built strong capabilities in organisational leadership, people strategy, and cross-cultural management, where empathy, structure, and long-term planning were essential. These experiences strengthened her ability to understand people’s needs holistically and support them through important life and career decisions.
Her transition into insurance and wealth management was driven by a continued mission to protect and empower people beyond the workplace. She saw financial planning as a natural extension of her lifelong commitment to helping individuals and families achieve security, stability, and confidence in their future.
Today, Cindy focuses on helping residents and families in Singapore secure their financial futures through protection planning, wealth accumulation, retirement strategies, and legacy planning.
