What does it mean to add value to clients?

Customer value is when a customer perceives to get a certain value from the product or service that they are buying. An example would be a client considering whether or not your product or service benefits them over what they have paid or plan to pay you. Value is calculated as the benefit the customer receives minus the total cost used to produce the product or service.

Adding customer value, on the other hand, means you are allowing your client to benefit more from your client-brand relationship. When you keep on providing potential clients value such as giving out attractive content, excellent customer service, and knowledge of your product or service, you are not forcing them to engage with you. Instead, you are showing them the length you are willing to go to provide quality products or services and how much you value client satisfaction. Once they have warmed up to your brand and are ready to know more about your product or service, that is when you can build client trust.

You should also understand that adding value to your clients is integral to your business strategy because it not only builds client trust but also:
